Clear Side-marker Lights
This is one of my rice-boy mods, mind you, this
will not make your car a whole lot faster. But it will make you car
somewhat different from most of the DSMs out there. This mod was performed
on a 1990 Eagle Talon Tsi.

- First thing you need to do is to remove
three Philips screws shown here circled in
red.
- Then
you have to remove two other Philips screws shown circled in
red.
- Position the lens so that the rubber
stripping is facing downwards and the orange lens is facing you.
- Proceed to warm up the glue holding the lens
together to loosen it.
- Use the utility knife to cut away at the glue
shown here circled in red, and pry the the lens apart.
- Be careful because if you break the lens it's
$65.00 at the dealership.
- Pry the lens apart until you can reach inside
with the needle nose pliers and remove the orange lens from inside.
- Once it is removed press the lens back
together and silicone the opened end of the lens.
- Let the silicone dry and replace back into
the car.
- Here is what the lens should look like after
the mod.
